Rates may rise during Christmas, New Year Eve, Easter and special holidays, but rates will be confirmed in your e-mail.
There is a special price for stays over 6 days.

However if the suite is available check in can be arranged earlier.
IMPORTANT! You are requested to communicate your time of arrival as soon a you get the confirm booking.
Check out: the suite must be left by 11.00 am on the day of departure. In the case of necessity clients can check out later if the suite is available, never the less it is possible to leave luggage in the deposit.
Payment and penality
It is possible to reserve the B&B Roman Suite:
- by telephone
- by e-mail indicating your date of arrival and departure and number of adults.
On booking, we will communicate availability of the B&B and relative prices of the suite.
On confirmation the guest must send a deposit within three days (unless agreed otherwise) equal of the first night.
Clients can pay by Bank Deposit or PayPal.
